If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from FSAstore.com, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Because of the nature of the products (over-the-counter drugs), regulations will not allow us to accept any returns of products with packaging that has been opened or with seals that have been tampered with. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. If you choose to return a product within these guidelines, we will gladly accept it and process a full refund of the product. Returns must be approved and authorized; we are unable to accept returned items without an authorized return number.
If you are returning a product for any other reason, we will process a refund calculated as total order amount minus the return shipping charges and 10% restocking fee.
Please follow these steps to make an approved return.
Option 1 – Set up your own return - Sign into your FSAstore.com account using the email address and password you registered when ordering. Click on “My Account” → then “Returns”. Click “Return Items” for the order you wish to return, then check the items and select the reasons for return from the drop down. You will then need to attach the return label and drop the package off at your local FedEx to ship it back to a warehouse of ours.
Option 2 – Email us. Please email us with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for which the item(s) is being returned to us. Email: email@example.com
For exchanges, please follow option 2 noted above.
Please be aware that issuing refunds to an inactive account will risk forfeiting FSA funds. As a policy, we will automatically issue a store credit if we don't hear back from you with a refund preference - In case your FSA deadline is coming up shortly, or if it has passed.
Once you have completed these steps, you will see/receive a confirmation of your return request. It will take 3-5 business days for us to send your return shipping label.
