Please call the number on the back of your FSA card to ask them why the transaction failed. Only your card issuer can let you know what the problem may be.
Once you have more information, and they confirm everything is alright, we invite you to please try placing your order again.
Alternatively, you can place your order using any major credit or debit card and file a claim for reimbursement from your FSA administrator. As long as you place your order prior to your deadline, it will qualify as an eligible purchase in the plan year. Please note any item with a blue Rx logo will need to be accompanied with a prescription dated on the day you place your order, or prior, to qualify for reimbursement.
