GEHA wellness accrual and redemption is super easy!
First, you accumulate points for completing GEHA wellness activities.
From there, in 4-8 weeks, you will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org, notifying you that you have an available store credit to shop. This email will have a unique link to click through to our website. If you already have an account with FSAstore.com, you will log in, if you don't have an account, you would be able to create an account as a new customer.
It’s important to click through the link that will be emailed to you to ensure that your store credit is activated. You will then be able to hover your mouse on “My Account” the upper right portion of the website and see options below and one will be "Store Credit". You will be able to confirm your available store credit there.
Using the store credit is easy:
- Add the item(s) you want to your shopping cart
- Enter your name and shipping address
- At the Payment Page, you will see the available store credit and that it will default to apply in full toward your order
- Click on “place order” once you review the details and are ready to receive your wellness items
If your order is more than the total available store credit, you can enter any FSA card, or major credit card, including the $75 prepaid MasterCard you earn for completing the yearly annual assessment, to pay for any overge. If you use less, you'll see the store credit balance will be available on the website for subsequent orders.
