If you have used the wrong form of payment and would like to change, please send an email to email@example.com if you have not already. If you have, please wait for a representative to respond so we can solve this issue.
You will have two options:
1. One of our representatives can take another form of payment, then refund your card used at checkout.
2. One of our representatives can cancel the order all together and refund your card used at checkout.
*If you have a limited Flexible Spending Account (FSA) paired with a Health Savings Account (HSA), then your FSA is limited to only vision and dental. You will need to check with your administrator to see how the card is set up.
