I received an email that my order isn’t fully paid. What can I do?

To make it easier to use your remaining FSA funds, our system is designed to capture the balance available on your FSA card and allow you to either adjust your order to be within the amount available or add an additional form of payment for the remaining balance. If your remaining FSA balance is less than the order total, we send you an email to let you know that your order has not yet been finalized. There are a few easy ways to finish processing your order:

• We can either process payment from another card for the remaining amount of the transaction, or
• We can remove a few items from your order to get the transaction total below the balance remaining on the card.
