Return Policy
We accept returns of items that are brand new, unopened, and unused in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Exceptions to this policy include:
- Breast pumps
- Defibrillators
- Period underwear
- Pillows
- Items marked as non-returnable
Please note that breast pumps, defibrillators, period underwear, and pillows are not returnable under any circumstances.
Issues with Delivery or Items
If you experience any issues with your delivery or items, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment confirmation email. We are unable to issue credits or process returns after this 30-day period.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as a store credit. Store credits may only be used on FSAstore.com and are not valid for purchases on Optical, Byte, Medical Alert, Oura Ring, or any of our affiliate partners' sites. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Troubleshooting Electronic Devices
For troubleshooting electronic devices, please refer to the product manual. If you need additional assistance, contact the product manufacturer directly for more information on receiving a repair or replacement.
