We guarantee that every product we carry is FSA eligible. If your FSA administrator denies your properly filed claim for any item you bought directly from us, we can help by providing you with substantiation for any product(s) in question. Contact us here with the following details:
- Your order number
- The item(s) SKU number
- The name of your FSA provider
- Forward any email correspondences or letters to us here at info@fsastore.com to help us see their reason for denying the claim
We will follow up with documentation to substantiate the eligibility of the item(s) to you in the next few business days.
Should your FSA provider still deny your properly filed claim after substantiation has been provided to them by you, we will give you a full refund on that specific product.
