What is my FSA Balance?

FSAstore.com is an online retailer that exclusively sells products that are eligible for reimbursement through an FSA plan. While it is our mission to help you with any of your FSA-related questions, we are not the administrator of your plan or account and cannot check your flexible spending account balance, deadline, provide claim forms, issue new cards, or provide details to you about your specific plan.

You can get help with any of these plan related issues by reaching out to your FSA plan administrator. If you are unsure of who that is, your HR Department will be able to guide you, or, you are often able to find the plan administrator's information on the back of your FSA debit card.
