I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

Forgot your password? We’ve all been there. Luckily, we make changing your password a breeze. 

Below the “Sign in” menu, you can click the “Forgot Password?” button. This will open a menu to help you reset your password. After entering your email address, you will be given two options as shown: Reset your Password, and Magic Link.

The Magic Link is a one-time-use-only way to log into your account and place an order without changing your password.

The “Reset Your Password” button will send an email to your email address that contains a link. Clicking the link in that email will take you to a page where you can choose a new password. Make sure to check your junk and spam folders, and know that this email can take a few minutes to arrive in your inbox.
